Provide participants with original and meaningful
information they can apply immediately to their jobs. Blend best
practices with new and innovative approaches to stimulate growth. |

From the onset, give participants ownership of the
program by incorporating their ideas and experiences. The best programs
have the fingerprints of participants all over them. |
| Inspire |
Create an environment where participants are self-motivated
to use the concepts learned. All the information in the world remains nothing more than potential if never applied. |
